Jeevika HRMIS is a mobile application designed for Android smartphones that can be used by any individual or organization in order to record the information of their employees. It provides the facility of recording and sending the same to the employee or the manager, or to anyone else who is authorized to receive the same. It can also be accessed through a web browser.
This application is a part of the JEEvika project, which is an initiative by the Government of Bihar to provide employment information and other assistance to individuals and families. The project is implemented in partnership with the World Bank, and is designed to scale up and support the implementation of the National Rural Livelihoods Mission, which aims to provide employment information to the rural poor.
